The Assyrian was the winner of the 1882 Melbourne cup and is laid to rest on the Property "Waverley" near Oatlands in Tasmania in the same paddock that we grow and harvest the fresh rhubarb used in this unique pink gin. Our Tasmanian heritage spans generations with a rich history of farming and commitment to bring a quality paddock to plate experience.
