The angels have imbibed their share, with each parcel matured an average five years in oak. Bright single-pot distilled portions sing sweet harmonies with indulgently rich double-pot parcels. Beware divine beings hovering hopefully about your glass.
A blend of years has created the ultimate in refined character. Aged portions of traditional, double pot distilled liquor contribute sophisticated richness and roundness. Portions distilled by the single pot process balance these characters with lively, bright top notes. Parcels have been aged up to eight years in ex-chardonnay French and American oak barrels, contributing further richness and depth.

TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, the brandy brings red fruit and spice aromas. On the palate it has dried fruit, raisin, vanilla, oak & spice. The finish is neat.
