Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most locations within Australia.

However, due to regulatory restrictions relating to alcohol, we do not deliver to the Northern Territory and certain restricted postcodes.

Orders placed with delivery addresses in restricted areas may be refused or cancelled, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Where free shipping promotions apply, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier.

 

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays

  • weather or natural events

  • peak or seasonal demand

 

Delivery Requirements (Alcohol)

In accordance with liquor laws:

  • A person aged 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery

  • Proof of age may be required upon delivery

If no eligible person is available, the parcel may be held by the carrier.

 

Delivery Method

We may use different carriers to ensure efficient delivery.

If “Authority to Leave” is communicated to us, your parcel may be left unattended at your address. In such cases, delivery is deemed completed and occurs at your own risk.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You are encouraged to monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided.

If you have not received tracking details within 10 business days, please contact us.

 

Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt

If your order has not arrived, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We recommend contacting us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date so that we can promptly investigate with the carrier.

Delays in reporting delivery issues may:

  • limit our ability to investigate with the shipping provider; and

  • affect the outcome of any claim.

Where a parcel is marked as delivered, we may require you to:

  • check the delivery location and surrounding areas;

  • confirm with household members or neighbours;

  • provide additional information to assist with investigation.

In cases of suspected theft, we may request a police report or statutory declaration.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues, however outcomes may depend on the response and policies of the carrier.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, except where you have authorised the parcel to be left unattended.

 

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address; or

  • failure to collect from a carrier location

you may be required to pay additional shipping costs for redelivery.

If a refund is requested, shipping costs incurred may be deducted.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before dispatch:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
