Olive leaf has long been a favoured botanical for a more lusciously flavoured gin, but olive oil, featured in Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin, is brilliantly featured alongside the olive leaf.
The aromas of fresh olives and the distinct texture of olives are unique and stunning on the palate. The distillery worked for over a year developing the right blend of olive oil with other traditional gin botanicals to arrive at the final recipe.

TASTING NOTES:
A finish of fresh lemon, sweet macadamia, and grapefruit zest finishes off each smooth sip. This is an ideal gin for any type of martini, or in a Spanish inspired g&t with rosemary and lemon.
