The innovation spirit distillers at Ironbark Distillery have experimented with the scents and aromas of traditional London Dry gin to put a uniquely Australian twist on the classic gin.
The distilleryhas developed a unique blend of ingredients to compliment the base creation, resulting in the Wattleseed gin. This particular spirit is made from neutral cane spirit and locally sourced water for underlying light, sweet flavours.
