Description
Good white rum should be fresh, clean, easy to mix and drink well. Pampero Blanco meets all this, but it is also aged rum, made by mixing rums up to 4 years old. Distilled in traditional copper vessels. White "Scottish" oak barrels add rum to their fruit tones and the original golden color, which is later removed by charcoal filtration.
