The Rum comes from the Far North Queensland. It is fermented using locally sourced sugarcane syrup, three times distilled and aged for 5yrs in ex-red wine hogshead barrels. Rich and smooth tasting this Rum will leave toffee apple on the pallet and a long lingering caramel finish.
