The Craft Drinks Store provides shipping Australia wide, we don't ship to the Restricted Postcodes (see below). Australian shipping rates start at as low $9.90 for the other state's metro areas and varies depending on your location a the size of the order. The exact shipping rate is calculated at checkout and will depend on your postcode and order weight.

Free metropolitan or larger regional areas (see below) free shipping available for orders from $200.

We reserve the right to choose shipping providers at our own discretion to provide the fastest and most cost effective way to deliver your order to you.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. 


We are working closely with with our shipping partners to help protect your health and safety, and that of all our staff and partners.

Limiting contact when delivering orders will help keep everyone healthy, so we’re working with the shipping partners to support ‘contact-free delivery’. This is how contact-free delivery works:

  • Drivers will keep as much distance from you as possible.
  • Drivers will knock on your door, place your parcel at your doorstep and step back as far as possible for you to collect it. They will ask your name and sign for delivery on your behalf. If you’re required to present an ID, they will sight from a distance.
  • We recommend selecting Authority to Leave for your delivery where possible.
  • If you are unable to choose Authority to Leave and not present, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office as usual where additional precautions are being taken.

In order to comply with liquor laws an adult over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the delivery and may be required to present appropriate identification. 


Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email with a tracking number for your order and a link to track the status of your order.

We understand that occasionally you may need to change or cancel your order after it has been placed. To accommodate this need, we have outlined our policy below regarding order modifications and cancellations.

Modifying Your Order:

  1. Additions to Your Order: If you would like to add items to your order, you can do so if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team immediately to assist you with the addition of products.

  2. Substitutions: Should you wish to substitute one product for another, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Substitutions can only be made before the order has been processed for shipping and may be subject to price adjustments and stock availability.

  3. Changes in Quantity: If you want to change the quantity of an item in your order, you can request this change before your order has been processed for shipping.

Cancelling Your Order:

  1. Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is received within 2 hours since its receipt. This allows us to accommodate your request before the order is locked for processing and shipment.

  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Cancellations are not final until confirmed by our customer service team.

  3. Late Cancellations: If you attempt to cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping, it may be too late to halt delivery. In such cases, you may return it according to our refund policy.


Refunds for canceled orders or modifications that result in a lower total cost will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow for several business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Important Notes:

  • Due to age verification processes, we cannot transfer an order to a different customer.
  • If you've received a shipment confirmation email, your order has already been processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Special or custom orders, once processed, cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Orders placed for same-day delivery may have a shorter cancellation window or may not be eligible for modifications.
