Terms and Conditions: Leave a Review and Win a $100 Store Credit Promotion

1. The "Leave a Review and Win a $100 Store Credit" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organised by The Craft Drinks Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

2. Participation in the Promotion is open to all customers of the legal who have made a valid purchase from the Company's online store.

3. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Promotion, participants must leave a genuine review of their purchased product(s) on Google or designated review platform within the specified promotional period.

5. Each participant is eligible to submit only one review per purchased product. Multiple reviews for the same product by the same participant will be considered invalid.

6. Reviews must comply with the following guidelines to be considered eligible: a. Reviews must be based on the participant's personal experience with the purchased product(s). b. Reviews must be respectful, unbiased, and free from offensive or inappropriate language. c. Reviews should provide helpful information and insights to other customers. d. Reviews must be original and not plagiarized from any other source.

7. The promotional period for the Promotion begins on the 1st of January 2023 and ends on the 31st December 2023. Entries submitted outside the promotional period will not be considered.

8. All eligible reviews submitted during the promotional period will be entered into a random prize draw. One winner will be selected at random every quarter.

9. The winner will receive a $100 store credit, which can be redeemed for future purchases from the Company's online store. The store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

10. The winner will be notified via email or direct message within seven (7) days of the prize draw. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of receiving the notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

11. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and review entries for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Company may disqualify any participant or review that is found to be in violation of these terms.

12. The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time, without prior notice, for any reason that may affect the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

13. By participating in the Promotion, participants grant the Company the right to use their reviews for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to featuring the reviews on the Company's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

14. The Company shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors during the Promotion, or for any lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

15. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales of Australia.

16. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third party, including the platform on which the reviews are submitted.

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
