1. Eligibility:
1.1. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
2. How to Enter:
2.1. To enter the promotion, participants must subscribe to the designated newsletter or mailing list using a valid email address.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
2.3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when subscribing.
3. Promotion Period:
3.1. The promotion will begin on the 1st January 2023 and end on the 31st December 2023.
3.2. All entries must be received by the specified end date to be eligible for the prize.
4. Prize:
4.1. One winner each quarter will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
4.2. The winner will receive a store credit worth $100, applicable to purchases at The Craft Drinks Store online.
4.3. The store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.
4.4. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days after the promotion ends.
4.5. If the winner fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions:
5.1. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Craft Drinks Store, its employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, or claims arising out of or relating to the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
5.2. The sponsoring company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if any unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
5.3. The sponsoring company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.
5.4. The sponsoring company's decisions regarding the promotion and the selection of winners are final and binding.
5.5. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
