This is a gin that truly champions saffron, locally grown here in Sheffield in northwest Tasmania. Intense saffron colour, it presents a floral and spicy palette with Tasmanian Pepperberry warmth and sublime lingering saffron finish. Add ice and soda if you like your gin on the savoury side or non-alcoholic apple cider for a sweeter alternative. Recommended G & T garnish: Sprig of thyme.
