This Sloe Gin is made with wild grown German sloe berries macerated in the flagship Elephant Gin for 4 months. The berries are then pressed to release all their flavour and tannins. The gin is then bottled unfiltered. All these processes are aimed at showcasing the most flavour possible. The result is a gin that is richly rounded, lightly sweet and packed with fruit flavour. Perfect to sip over ice, mix with Fevertree Silician Lemon tonic for an incredible Sloe G&T or use instead of dry gin in a sloe Negroni.
