Ironbark Distillery uses the unused shell of the coffee bean, sourced from the lush hinterlands of the Northern Rivers, to create a remarkably fragrant and aromatic Cascara Gin.
The earthy tones are complemented by sweet dried fruit for a warm, rich taste. Delicious currants, raisins, citrus, and vanilla all blend together over the juniper berry base, warm and full in the mouth. There's a long, fresh finish, crisp and delicately floral.
