This product is the wine drawn from the barrels Joadja Distillery imports from Spain to mature own aged spirits (Single Malt Whisky, Rum, Brandy...and Gin). It is made by drying the grapes under the hot sun, concentrating the sweetness, which are then used to create a thick, dark liquid with a strong taste of raisins and molasses that is fortified and aged.

TASTING NOTES:
It is dark Sherry on the cooler, On the nose, there are raisins and plum aromas, with light toffee Excellent mouth feel with raisins and molasses. Sweet finish tapering off with stewed dark fruits
