A limited release of only 500 bottles produced. It came off the back of an experiment with some sloe berries. Early Scottish settlers planted the Blackthorn bush, also known as Sloe, around northern Tasmania. Fresh berries were sent to our distillery in Brunswick and steeped in our Melbourne Dry Gin. A higher proof and restrained sweetness delivers us a more considered creation that offers a new take on an old favourite. It's a full bodied sloe!
