That's why the distillery took the audacious step of creating a gin from Shiraz grapes.
Instead of the usual grain, the gin is born from the distillation of Shiraz wine spirit combined with juniper berries, coriander, orange peel, and, of course, the distinctive Shiraz grapes. The outcome is a luscious, jam-infused gin infused with the flavors of Shiraz fruit, artfully counterbalanced by juniper, earthy undertones, and a hint of spice.
