This organic blanco tequila was distilled from agave grown in Amatitan in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco.
It takes its name from the famous Tres Agaves bar in San Francisco, a mecca of tequila and margaritas in the USA. This was developed with being both a sipper and mixer in mind.
The tequila was double distilled after a 20-hour roast.
The tequila is quite herbal on the nose, with mint and citrus while the palate is very clean and polished.
